Sermon: Eternal Separation from God

This is the audio (14:53, 13.7 MB) of a sermon I preached at the Madison Avenue (elementary) campus of Grove City Christian Academy on May 2, 2025.

The audience was preschool through 4th-grade students, and I was asked to speak on the topic of their catechism questions for this week, which were:

Q: What happens to believers when they die? A: Our bodies will return to the dust and our souls will go to be with the Lord forever.

Q: What happens to unbelievers when they die? A: Their bodies will return to dust also, but their souls will go to hell.

Q: What is hell? A: Hell is an awful place, where unbelievers are separated from God to suffer for their sins.

Prior to my talk, the text of Luke 16:19–31 was read.
