The Gospel for Libertarians

Some of you know that the Libertarian Christian Institute recently published my book, A House Divided. I was only vaguely aware of LCI until last summer, when a good friend of mine, Brian T., read the draft of my book and suggested that LCI might agree to publish it.

That was a fantastic suggestion, and I could not have been more pleased with the publication process. LCI’s evaluation process was rigorous, but they liked the manuscript and helped me improve it greatly. Before and since its release on April 12, they’ve been publicizing the book tirelessly, helping me to book podcast interviews (which you can find on the book website).

LCI graciously invited me to help represent them at FreedomFest, June 10–14, in Palm Springs, CA. In addition to schmoozing and working the conference floor and the LCI booth, I got to talk about my book and to share the gospel with a room full of liberty-minded folks, explaining why Christianity is the best foundation for liberty and human flourishing. Here is that talk (~20 minutes), followed by a presentation by LCI’s other author, Cody Cook.
